INDEMNIFICATION: Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Morrison and their respective officers, employees, agents, and representatives from and against liability for all claims, losses, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys fees to the extent such claims, losses, damages, and expenses are caused by the indemnifying parties negligent acts, errors, or omissions.

PROPERTY ASSESSMENTS: The county assessor ,in the county in  which a property is located, determines the assessed value and associated proprty taxes.
